What information is collected?
On my website, I collect data in two ways:
Personal data that you actively provide to me:

  • If you sign up for my free newsletter or any other form of free tips and inspiration, I ask you to share your information with me, such as your first name and e-mail address. I do not collect any personal data that you have not voluntarily provided to me by completing an opt-in form. This data is stored in my secure database at New Zenler. Please note that New Zenler uses its own terms of use and privacy statement.
  • If you purchase a service or product and you need a valid invoice, in addition to your first name and e-mail address, I also ask for your last name, company name, address, and VAT number. This data is safely stored. I always use a secure payment environment for your order. Your payment details are processed by Stripe or Paypal. I have no access to it. Please note that Stripe and Paypal use their own terms and conditions and privacy statements.
  • If you book an online appointment or register for a live class, I ask you to share your name and e-mail address with me, as well as your birth details (to calculate your Human Design chart). This is done via the online tool Acuity. Please note that Acuity uses its own terms of use and privacy statement.
Personal data that is automatically passed on to me for technical reasons:

  • When you visit my website, some technical information is automatically provided to me by your computer and equipment, such as the IP address you use, the operating system and the internet browser used, as well as where your IP address is located (only the region or country). These are cookies for which you could also see the cookie notification when you visited my website. I refer you to further in this privacy statement for more information about cookies on my website.
  • If you receive an e-mail from me, sent via New Zenler, then some technical data is automatically provided to me by your e-mail program, computer and equipment, such as the operating system you use and the internet browser used, as well as where your IP-address is localized (only the region or country), and whether or not you open the e-mail, or click on links within the e-mail. I have no control over this myself. If you do not want this, it is sufficient to unsubscribe from my e-mails via the link at the bottom of each e-mail.
How is the data used?
Your data is used in different ways:
  • To e-mail you so that I can deliver the service or product you have purchased, including the purchase confirmation, payment confirmation and invoice, the learning environment registration link, practical information about using the service or product, and any updates of the service or product. If you have purchased a product or service, I will also provide you with my free newsletter for which you can unsubscribe at any time if you wish.
  • To e-mail you, so that I can deliver you my free newsletter if you have explicitly requested this.
  • To e-mail you, so that I can confirm your online appointment or your live class registration, and send you a reminder e-mails about our meeting (this is done automatically via Acuity).
  • To e-mail you, so that I can provide the necessary support and information with the service, or the product, and the associated learning environment that you have purchased.
  • To e-mail you, so that I can ask you for feedback about the service, or the product, and the corresponding learning environment that you have purchased.
In addition, your personal information is also used to enable employees or parties to whom I outsource work (such as technical support and customer service) to contact you for the delivery of services or products that you have purchased, in the event of technical problems when using my website or after registering for my newsletter, or another form of free tips and inspiration, or in the development of the issues logging in to my learning environment. These parties are, of course, obliged to treat your data confidentially.
